The following terms and conditions apply to all SEO and Digital Marketing services provided by A1 SEO. Some different terms and conditions apply depending on whether it’s a monthly, one-off, consultation or training service that you purchase. The terms and conditions are there to protect both parties, and prior to you commencing with any of these services or products, we would expect you to have read and agreed to the relevant terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Please note that any requests for changes to your website must come direct via email so that we have the changes in black and white to avoid any mistakes. Any changes to your website including content, SSL Migration, Web or Graphic Design changes and anything else that is out with the standard services provided will be billed at an hourly rate if we can do this type of work.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is taken upfront on all campaigns. Failure to pay will result in a break in service. If there is a break in service, we cannot offer confidence in a campaign’s success.
All prices quoted on-site exclude VAT (meaning we charge VAT of 20% above any quoted price).
WEB HOSTING
Managing web hosting and domain payments is your own responsibility. Please note that failure to pay for your hosting or domain will result in your website being taken down by your host or domain name provider.
WEB MAINTENANCE
We may add content to your website over time. This is to fulfil the SEO needs of the website. We are not responsible for any ad-hoc web edits that would normally formulate part of a website maintenance contract with a web firm. Any such edits are carried out at our discretion and may be billable at a premium consultancy rate. You will, generally speaking, always be cheaper and more efficient engaging with a web firm for such requests.
EXPECTATION LEVEL
Whilst we offer SEO (search engine optimisation) services, and our goal is to help your website rank better in search engines, we do not sell rankings. We sell time billed at an hourly rate. This allows us to perform tasks with the sole aim of ranking your website higher on search engines.
This can typically take 3-6 months, sometimes longer.
GOVERNING JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
